HAPPY FALL Y’ALL!

If you are new around here, Fall is my favorite season. Since the beginning of September my enthusiasm for the season has been in full swing!
Since yesterday (September 23rd) was the first official day of fall, I figured what better way to kick off the season than with my fall bucket list.

When I think of fall, I think of cozy indoor activities and adventurous outdoor activities. I want to try to incorporate both into the season and really just immerse myself in all the things I love. So, without further ado, and in no particular order, here is my list!

1. Go to a pumpkin patch.
Something about a bunch of pumpkins, hayrides, corn mazes, and pumpkin flavored donuts, that just put me in the best of moods.
2. Carve pumpkins.
I couldn’t imagine decorating my house without pumpkins.
3. Go on a hike.
I love the fall colors and the crunch of leaves under my shoes, so I want to get outside more and just enjoy the season in nature.
4. Visit a market.
There is an outdoor market that goes on every thanksgiving weekend near me, and it something I try to incorporate into the holiday every year. Plus, what better way to get some early Christmas shopping done?!
5. Have a Halloween movie night.
Last year on Halloween night, Shane and I watched movies while we handed out candy and it was so fun.
6. Hand out candy on Halloween night.
Ever since I started living on my own, this is something I have looked forward to doing. I now get so excited about Halloween night at home!
7. Bake pumpkin flavored treats.
One of my favorite flavors is pumpkin, so stay tuned to see what I cook up this year!
8. Make lots of yummy comfort foods.
From lasagna soup to pumpkin french toast, my house becomes a Pinterest board in the fall because I am always trying new warm recipes.
9. Read a book in one sitting.
There is no better feeling to a bookworm than when you find a book you just can’t put down. I am hoping to plan a day/weekend where I can do next to nothing and just cozy up with a good book.
10. Watch my favorite comfort shows.
Fall is all about Gilmore Girls and Gossip Girl for me! These are 2 of my all-time comfort shows, and I re-watch them every fall.
What is on your fall bucket list? Let me know in the comments!

I also want to enjoy fall to the fullest. Reading - want to rewatch: The Craft, Practical Magic, You‘ve Got Mail, and Hocus Pocus - I am rewatching Gilmore Girls :) I want to go on a fall hike, go to a pumpkin patch/fall farm event, a haunted house or something similar, and just make sure to consume pumpkin things and just be cozy :) great list!
